Cancellation Policy
We require 50% deposit upfront on most services. We understand things come up, and we can try our best to work with you if you need to cancel. If 48 hour notice is given (before the start time of the appointment), the deposit can be used towards a future appointment. Otherwise, this deposit is non-refundable. This policy helps ensure each stylist is able to continue providing the level of commitment they bring to every client! We love what we do - we hope you love it too!
