At Level Beauty Collective, we offer many different product lines, including vegan & cruelty free polishes. If you’re looking for a more intricate design, we ask you to please contact your service provider ahead of time in order for us to schedule enough time and have the proper products!

Yes! We are an inclusive, LGBTQ+ affirming salon.

We offer 1-hour validation in the lot next to the salon. Always ask for a ticket after 10am!
For longer appointments, we suggest parking in the Mary Street parking lot. Alternatively, you can come a little early and enjoy a stroll from the Broadway area, where you’ll find delicious restaurants and great shops along the way! Plus, we have bike racks available in front of the salon for those who prefer to cycle.

We kindly ask that you keep your cell phone on silent during your service to ensure a relaxing and comfortable experience for everyone. If you must take a phone call, please use headphones to keep the noise to a minimum. Thank you for your understanding!

We require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules to accommodate all of our clients effectively.

Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in and preparation. If you’re running late, please send us a courtesy text or call your provider, and we will do the same!

If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and a charge may apply to cover the missed time.

Yes, we offer free consultations for new clients to discuss your desired look and hair goals. We prefer to start with text messages or emails, but an in-person consultation may be required for more detailed discussions

Yes, it's recommended to arrive with clean, dry hair before your appointment, especially for color services. Color touch-up sprays can affect the desired end results and will need to be washed out fully before services can begin. Please note that an additional charge will apply if washing is required.
